The ICQ-3 is a compact and cost-effective quadrant ionization chamber designed for accurate beam position and flatness monitoring in both standard and flash beam environments. It features a 3.8 cm sensitive area with dual electrode gaps to improve signal quality, and ultra-thin film foils to minimize beam scattering. With models optimized for conventional dosimetry as well as high current flash beams, the ICQ-3 offers excellent gain uniformity, low effective thickness under 100 micrometers water equivalent, and support for a wide range of particle and electron beam energies.
Built to support reliable and stable measurements, the ICQ-3 includes integrated environmental sensing for temperature, pressure, and humidity, along with a replaceable internal desiccant for long term operation. It is available in two configurations: the standard ICQ-3 with five-millimeter electrode spacing, and the ICQ-3SG with ultra narrow one- and 1.3-millimeter gaps for reduced ion transit time. Both models support atmospheric air or flow through gas filling and include SHV, BNC, and DSub connectors for easy integration with existing readout and control systems.
