Replacement Procedure

Use the following list to look up your ion chamber part number and find the corresponding replacement instructions.

If your IC is not listed, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Pyramid engineering team or refer to the IC user manual for instructions.

Monitor environmental conditions and do not run the beam or turn on high voltage until internal humidity is below 10%. Permanent damage may occur
