FX4 - 4-Channel Electrometer with 100 kHz Sampling and EPICS
Mô tả
The FX4 is a four-channel electrometer for simultaneous current measurement from quadrant ionization chambers, photodiodes, and diamond detectors. It combines 100 kHz digitization with a built-in web interface, an EPICS server, and an HTTP/WebSocket API for detector readout, beam monitoring, and integration into research and industrial control systems.
Measure individual detector currents, accumulate charge, and calculate arithmetic combinations of the four input signals for beam-position monitoring. Configurable analog monitor outputs and digital I/O connect these measurements to external equipment for triggering, gating, status monitoring, and beam stabilization.
Built-in dose-control and interlocking functions support research and industrial applications that require delivery to a target accumulated charge. Optional integrated bias supplies support ionization chambers, detector biasing, and electron-suppression applications; select the voltage option to suit your detector and setup.

Applications
Quadrant ionization chamber readout: Read four detector segments simultaneously for beam monitoring. Use individual currents and arithmetic combinations to monitor changes in the signal distribution, with optional detector bias selected for the chamber.
Quadrant photodiode and diamond detector readout: Acquire the four current signals from a quadrant detector in one instrument. Use the FX4 arithmetic functions to derive beam-position signals and its analog monitor outputs to provide signals to external equipment.
Research and industrial dose delivery: Accumulate measured charge and use the built-in dose-control and interlocking functions as part of a dose-delivery system. Select the detector, calibration, and current range for your radiation source and measurement requirements.
Beam monitoring and stabilization: Monitor detector currents and calculated beam-position signals through the web interface or your control system. Configurable analog outputs and digital I/O provide connections to external beam-control equipment.
